• Front pergola design, supported with columns and combined with a large ceiling void in the entry.
• Large 3m wide spans of front windows make up the facade, offering a contemporary design
• Making use of passive house design principles, the house features a large quantity of windows to benefit from natural light
• 3 bed rooms design, with a large master bed, walk-in-robe and ensuite
