512m2 block, with 224m2 build up area. Whilst the block was an odd shape, we managed to fit a perfectly sized house on a difficult block. The house features:

• 4 bedrooms with a large study nook
• Living areas including lounge and family
• Alfresco with courtyard wall
• Large windows take full advantage of the North Sun
