As part of our standard design services we offer multiple design stages and a number of client consultations and design amendments, detailed design documentation which includes at a minimum Floorplans, Site plans, Elevations, Roof plan, Sections and 3D views.

Each Block and Suburb is different, which means different rules apply to some developments. We understand these requirements and will ensure your design gets approved through both the ACT Government Planning Authority as well as the Developers.
